Terms of Service

These terms cover use of Affluence by brands, agencies and their staff. By using the product you agree to them.

What Affluence does

Affluence is software for running creator affiliate programmes: enrolling creators, issuing tracking codes, attributing orders and commission, measuring content, and — where the connection is enabled — launching and reporting on advertising against creator posts.

Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for what people in your workspace do with them. Tell us promptly at security@runaffluence.com if you believe an account has been compromised.

Your data stays yours

You keep all rights in the data you put into Affluence and in the data we retrieve on your behalf from platforms you connect. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the product for you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

Connected platforms

Connecting Shopify, TikTok, Meta or another platform means you confirm you are authorised to do so for that account. Your use of each platform’s data remains subject to that platform’s own terms, including TikTok’s Developer Terms of Service, and you must not use Affluence to do anything those terms forbid. We may suspend a connection if a platform requires it.

Money

Affluence calculates commission from the order and rate data available to it. Those figures are a reporting aid, not a settlement or an accounting record. You are responsible for what you actually pay creators, and for verifying the numbers before you pay against them. Where a figure is derived rather than measured, the product labels it as such.

Acceptable use

Do not use Affluence to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, to send unsolicited messages, to scrape or resell platform data, or to attack the service or the platforms it connects to.

Availability

We work to keep Affluence available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Data retrieved from third-party platforms depends on those platforms and may be delayed, incomplete or withdrawn.

No warranty, and limits on liability

Affluence is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You may stop using Affluence at any time and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms, or where a connected platform requires it.

Changes

We will post changes on this page and email workspace owners about material ones. Continuing to use Affluence after a change means you accept it.
